How do payments work?
Guests pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. Money goes to your own Stripe account in Australia and pays out to your bank in Australian dollars. Stripe’s card fees are separate and set by Stripe.
What about GST?
Registered for GST? Add your ABN and group invoices become tax invoices with 10% GST shown, and your booking page says prices include GST. Olladay doesn’t add GST to its own fee.
Which time zone does my timetable use?
Pick your state’s time zone: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Darwin, Hobart or Perth. Session times, reminders and reports all use it.
What about public holidays?
Public holidays (New Year’s Day, Australia Day, Easter, Anzac Day, Christmas and Boxing Day) can take your Sunday prices.
I’m on Session. Can I move?
Yes. Paste your Session booking link and Olladay fills in your session types, places and weekly times in your own currency and time zone. Then import your customers, upcoming bookings, passes and gift vouchers from Session’s exports, and check everything before you switch your link.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No. Setting up is free, there’s no minimum and no notice period. Download your guests, bookings and passes whenever you like.

Do I need a website or booking page?
No. Set up your sauna with your places, prices and a typical week. Check what guests pay and try a booking before signing in. Your page stays private until you connect payments and publish. Then share your booking link on Instagram, or add a link or the timetable to your existing website. You can also preview changes to your photos, colour and words before saving them to your live page.
Can I set a minimum to run?
Yes. Choose the minimum number of guests and a decision time. A private hire counts its guests once. If it’s still short, the session closes and guests are refunded and emailed.
Do you work for a mobile or community sauna?
Yes. Add the locations you set up at and choose one for each date or weekly repeat. Paste your WhatsApp group link and it shows on your page and in each booking confirmation. Guests can also ask for a session at a time that suits them.
Can I leave later?
Yes. Download your guests, bookings and passes whenever you need them. There’s no notice period.
