Verified booking

Left by a guest who booked through Olladay, from the private link in their booking emails, after a visit that finished in the last 90 days and wasn’t a no-show. One review per booking.

Visited, email confirmed

Anyone can review a sauna in the directory, whether or not it takes bookings on Olladay. They say which month they visited (in the last 12 months), tick that they visited and aren’t connected to the sauna, and confirm their email address. We don’t check the visit itself. One review per email address per sauna: a new one replaces the old.

For both

• No review is paid for or rewarded.
• Reviews show newest first, whatever their rating.
• The sauna can reply in public and report a review, but can’t remove one.
• Olladay hides a review that is fake, abusive, not about a visit, shares someone’s personal details or comes from someone connected to the sauna.
• Star ratings for search engines use verified booking reviews only.
